Wild for Life and sister Company Stable and Wild support children and families through in person animal assisted learning and nature led, activity kits to build confidence, resilience and improve mental health. We work in a number of different markets and have a diverse customer demographic.

To support our continued expansion, we are looking for a highly articulate, creative, and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our close-knit team. This is a varied, hands-on part-time role. Ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, organisation, and initiative — whether you’re starting your career or looking for the flexibility of part-time work with meaningful impact.

About the role

As Marketing Assistant, you will support how Wild For Life & Stable and Wild presents themselves to clients, partners, and funders across digital and print platforms.

You’ll manage social media and website content, produce polished marketing materials and presentations, and support database, CRM, and mailing activity. The role offers real variety and the chance to build on an established brand while getting involved in the wider workings of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms

• Managing and updating website content to ensure it is current, clear, and on-brand

• Designing and producing high-quality marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, prospectuses, and commercial documents

• Turning draft or technical content into polished, professional, client-facing materials

• Creating and managing databases, including researching and recommending alternative CRM systems

• Supporting newsletters, mailing lists, and email marketing campaigns

• Developing and maintaining brand presentations and pitch decks for clients and funders

• Assisting with procurement, product sourcing, and supporting documentation

• Pulling together materials that promote our offer to potential clients, partners, and funders

• Ensuring consistency of branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms

  
  

About you

• Highly articulate, with excellent written communication skills

• Creative, with a strong eye for design, layout, and presentation

• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Indesign

• Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software

• Comfortable managing website content and working with digital platforms

• Confident working with databases, CRM systems, and mailing tools

• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload

• Shows initiative and is happy to turn their hand to whatever is needed

• Positive, enthusiastic, and keen to be part of a collaborative, close-knit team
